Battery Belt Report
This thought leadership piece was written by our researchers to show how the proximity to Lithium mines in the Southeast U.S. has impacted commercial real estate with the proliferation of electric car and battery plants. The report would be for presentation and featured on the global company website. The challenge was to compare the activity across states, keeping each state at only one slide. I utilized interactive pop-ups in some places, while maintaining a consistent table layout to easily compare notable deals. This also included an interactive map showing the lithium deposit and layers for ports, interstate, intermodal transportation, and facilities surrounding the area.
